        Excellent customer service - order arrived very promptly and very well packaged. A minor mistake had been made - two candles were the wrong sizes in the colours Id chosen. Shortly after emailing about this I received a helpful phone call and a choice of how Id like to resolve the error. You dont get this level of service from many online companies!

        I have been purchasing items online from Blomster Designs for quite a few years now and I cannot fault the excellent service and brilliant range of stock. I am finding it more and more difficult purchasing Scandinavian homeware since Brexit/Covid but purchasing through Blomster has always been seamless.         A gem of a find, they have a great selection of products. Communication was excellent, polite and products were very packed. Lovely person touch with hand written thank you card. More of a personal online shopping experience. I will be using again.
