My laptop had a meltdown one Friday morning...as a small business owner this was a disaster, but John kindly agreed to look at my laptop that same afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the extra part that was needed and my laptop was back up and running by Saturday! What a superstar! Brilliant service - straightforward, efficient and great communication. Thoroughly lovely guy, too. I would recommend.

If you have a pc issue i can highly recommend John...his service was super quick and professional, nothing was too much trouble, and all at a very reasonable price....very satisfied John..5 stars mate !

John has done numerous bits for me, including restoring a locked laptop (including saving all files) and also fixing a number of PCs. John is always a pleasure to deal with, he is very reasonably priced and the level of service is always very high. I can highly recommend John of Surrey Computer Repairs! I know I certainly won't go anywhere else in the future.
