        Booked for 10am the following morning. Called at 9 to check everything was ok. Called as at 10:10 the taxi hadn't arrived to be told that the driver was turning into where we were being picked up from at 9:50 & that he'd call the driver to find out what car he was in. 2 minutes later the chap called back to say he'd spoken to the driver and the booking was for 10:30!!! You couldn't make it up. Hopeless!!!!

        We often use this company both to & from airport as we live in Scotland. Always feel very safe & comfortable with all their drivers. Courteous & professional all the way. Special mention to Andrew he is a wee gem!

        I cant fault this company in anyway the drivers Fred Sue Paul Andrew were very friendly they turned up on time to take my partner Jim Brown for his radiotherapy appointments everyday for 6wks will use this company again
