        I placed an order 12 days ago, still has not turned up. I rang salonskin care and they said it was due in today, so will wait and see when I receive it. The reviews of other customers having issues with the company have made me feel apprehensive to order anything else in the future.

        SCAMMERS! The order on 3rd of July, at that time the delivery time was between 5-10 working days, without the possibility of extension to 15. I called the customer service to double-check it, confirmed 5-10 time frame. There was no information on the website, at the time, about possible delays, which the company tries to use now. If that was the case, I would have placed the order somewhere else, I could't wait that long. The order is still not with me, the company refuses any refunds on postage costs, Won't definitely use the service again!
