Had a new kitchen from council kitchen fitters was brilliant (sub contractors) all I got to say is the supervisor and staff on phone of comerve are so rude and Leary Ive never known it, in the 4 weeks Ive had to deal with them I think I have put in 4 or more complaints about the rudeness you get when you phone up and how your spoke to when a supervisor comes out I would name him but not sure I am allowed I think its disgusting and council need to sort this company out

Used as Council repairs. We've had stain on wall for ages and decided to have it looked at. They've investigated by removing bricks and now they've left us with a leaking wall which never leaked down the walls before and is now getting to electrics. They've left us in a worse state than before with a "28 days maybe" timeframe for real repairs. This has been going on over a month with 10 odd visits, multiple people here and 2 supervisors and we're worse off with MORE damage to our property than when we called it in. And of course, there's no weekend teams to help. Unacceptable.
