I have horrendous mum guilt for sending my child here during half term. The place sounds like a zoo and the kids especially younger kids are left to be bullied and name called by the older ones. My poor 8 year old even told a staff member for her to laugh at him and joke with the boys that were picking on him. The kids push the younger ones off the pool tables if they want to go on. I am highly disappointed especially as this is a charity that advocate for childrens voices to be heard. Never will I be sending my child again, I dont feel he is safe or being cared for. Yes it is cheap but I would much rather pay a lot more to know that my child is being safeguarded.
