        Extremely poor customer service. Multiple services which had been paid and signed for as per the contract were not provided. Numerous conversations held with management and compensation agreed but not delivered. All attempts at communication since then are now being ignored or blocked. Attempts to liaise with management (Taymure, Turaab & Usman) since the wedding have hit a brick wall. Post-event customer care doesnt come anywhere near an acceptable standard. A lot of reviews appear to be fake and have come from management and friends.

        I was here yesterday.Drove all the way from Coventry and it was a big mistake.Very disappointed in the venue.The food was below average and the toilets dirty.sorry to say wont be coming again
