        Outstanding Sales support from Jemma McCarthy. Today was our first visit to a Volvo showroom and what a refreshing change it was. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and not under pressure to buy. Jemma took the time to explain the different variants of the model we were interested in, she built various different options to make sure that we built and priced the right car for us. A no hassle test drive was arranged with minimal paperwork. The whole process was very relaxed and simple, and we have ordered our first Volvo of the back on this visit. Other manufactures will need to evolve to keep up with Volvo.
