Vetcare Ltd Bolton

I would like to share my experience with Vetcare LTD Bolton. Therw was a particular vet carer, who had a bad attitude towards me. Then this particular veterinary gave medication for my pet which was a pet plan which I paid up front of 180., And only gave me one lot of medication. I ended up making complaints against this vet surgery. Then because I cancelled this pet plan, I asked for a refund which I asked in the last month. Yesterday I went into the vet's surgery to ask for this money back, and refused to return the money back to me, so I stayed in the vet's until I got the money back. Eventually I got the money back in cash. So I found there service very unpleasant.

Could not be happier with their care for my 8 year old dog. We were booked in for an emergency dental treatment within 24 hours and he was out in less than 30 mins, and all better. Very reasonable prices and extremely friendly team.

Some reviews are extremely unfair,and please remember there are two sides to every story. The vast majority of our lovely clients and their pets are very happy indeed with the personable service we provide. Also the review from Mike Hughes is not meant for Vetcare Bolton,as he didn't attend there.

Most of the vets there are great. Had one today who was useless. Offered no help despite the other vets being able to help for the same issue. Apologies as I can't reply to your reply. I'd prefer to leave the issue and will instead ask to not be seen by this individual again.

I have been using Vetcare for many years and can honestly say I wouldnt trust taking my pets anywhere else, even after moving further away I will only go here. All the staff are caring, compassionate and fantastic with my fur babies. Keep up the good work guys you are amazing
