Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Bolton

Extremely poor service, booked a van online then was contacted an hour later saying despite them taking full payment online they didn't have a van and I fact it was my fault for booking it. The customer service member then proceeded to say would have one for 3pm but that was then chanced after he rang me back ten mins later saying they had cancelled the booking because they didn't like how they was spoken to. After I reminded him that all of my calls where recorded he said its not what I said but how I said it which was absolutely ridiculous considering this company had taken money for a van they clearly didn't have and then said I'd get my refund in a week or so. Shambolic service avoid at all costs

Needs to stick to it's times they are never ready with cars, they blame it on being busy but it is bad management, never prepared for the day ahead

Just dropped the van back after hiring for the day, as you'd expect the van was great, what stood out was the service received on both collection & return. I hired a mini bus from here several years ago & the service was OK, today it was exceptional! The hire price for the van was good too, so all in all, huge improvement & thanks. Will definitely hire from here 1st next time.
