I left a review a while ago after spending ages trying to book my car in for work. Someone got in touch immediately after posting it and I decided to remove it. After finally getting it booked in, I had to go in to Bravo Auto in person for an update as no one kept me posted or called for updates. They said they were waiting for parts. I took my car back because I needed it for work. I've been ringing since then multiple times a week never getting through. Ended up calling the wrong department just so I could speak to a person. The girl from the services department finally called me back after a message was passed to her last week after about 3 weeks of not hearing anything. The parts had arrived! Since then I have been trying to sort time off work to get my car to the garage. I called a couple of times yesterday to finally confirm dates and sent and email too. I've not had anyone answer or respond though. The level of communication is poor and this whole service has been a nightmare. Can someone please call me about my car so we can finish this and I don't have to deal with the business again.
