Today 5th has been ridiculous, booked in for electrical fault warning lights came on battery critical leave your engine running to charge???? Been in wilson & co parking for 7 months waiting for parts previously, got it back December last Yr, now I'm being plaged with warning lights and having to waste petrol just to charge it, Gets to Nissan for 2 day electric check, because a customer didn't deliver a curtesy car back this morning they decided to tell me I'm not driving my car enough to keep battery charged and argued the toss, so in other words they're not doing anything. They waited till I had got up and drove to the dealership and then told me! Lazy bone, idle men that can't use a phone to save a dissable person coming out at 9am in bad weather to tell me they weren't doing anything. It beggers belief!!!! So iff I get stranded somewhere with a car that won't start because batteries dead, they'll know about it..iff it's not dead after 7 months in parking then why should it be going that low after one night on drive????????? My car is handed back next march and that's me done with Renault I'm going elsewhere for my next car...I've never heard of a battery in a 2 Yr old vehicle loosing charge that the warnings come on. I don't have it to sit on my drive!!

I had an amazing experience with their team, particularly Paul and Darren, who went above and beyond to ensure that I received excellent service.
