Just got rid of a car he sold me five years ago. Turns out it had been SCRAPPED! Explains why I had so much trouble taxing it. Not sure if I should inform the police.

I purchased a car from here in march 2014 and even though I was a little dubious regarding a bit of work that needed doing I was put at ease by the salesman who agreed that any work found to be done would be paid for.This car had a new MOTeven though there were items on car which are classed as an immediate mot failure, obviously they have a contact !!! Three months on and after many calls and emails they still have failed to pay a penny of the cost I have had to pay out to bring it upto the level as advertised. Advertised as having Remote Central Locking (not working) Cruise Control (not working) 5 months tax ( actually got six weeks)plus many more issues. Have taken legal advice to sue as the car has been mis-sold under trades descriptions. Lets see if they ignore solicitors letters. These men are not to be trusted. Buy a car from somewhere else, anywhere else but here.

I apologise for my previous post as this car dealership is actually excellent with its customer service and precise and accurate information which it offers for each car. I had just visited this showroom with my wife and the salesman was absolutely organised and had explained all the details about the cars and even recommended cars which would suit us as a large family, I ended up buying a 7-seater Chrysler it is an amazing car for my family which my wife enjoys driving to and from work in, the cars are amazing for their value. I was actually referring to the autozone birmingham in my previous review which had terrible service. Thank you autozone bolton for providing us for an ideal family car. I would not recommend any other showroom
