Williams Bolton BMW

I visited Williams BMW Bolton today and spoke to James about a used car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and arranged a test drive for me. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision and I was given plenty of time. The facilities inside the showroom were excellent, comfy seating area with coffee and cookies and clean toilet facilities too. Since getting home I have received a few emails from James as promised with all the information and a walk around video of the car. Excellent service 5*

We tried a few BMW branches before buying our new BMW and went with BMW Bolton because of their fantastic service & competative offers. We were especially impressed with Sean from the sales department who went above and beyond with 5 star service. He was extremely efficient, knowledgable and helped us to get exactly what we wanted, nothing was too much trouble for him, a stark contrast from many other branches we have dealt with in the past. Thank you so much! We don't even live near Bolton but would now refuse to go anywhere else for our BMWs.
