I had a terrible experience with eCars Ltd in Bolton and their owner, Si. I purchased a car from them and after only driving it a short distance, the engine light came on and it went into limp mode. Si took the car back for repairs but when it was returned to me, it was in even worse condition. I had to pull over on the motorway multiple times due to a loss of power and a grinding sound from the front wheel. Despite asking for invoices for the repairs, I was never provided with them. I eventually took the car to a specialist who fixed all the issues, but at a high cost. When I asked Si for assistance with the expenses, he ignored me. I would highly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from eCars Ltd to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and beware of Si's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Baught a mercedes c class of si 2 weeks ago and it's been brilliant! Very easy sale, logbook arrived in 3 days!, very good warranty options and great communication. Would buy a car from you again guaranteed, thanks a bunch

Bought a car from here found out it had been in a accident, been repaired and not recorded dont trust these ppl very sly. Bought the car something always seemed to be going wrong the engine was fine but always something wrong with the rest of the car. The main thing that I should of noticed was the steering rack needed adjusting at the garage wasnt cheap all the cars Ive owned Ive never had to do this. A person who works in a car body shop started pointing things out the next main thing was paint spray on the wipers I never had the car sprayed but someone did, be very careful buying cars dont trust anyone. I bought the car in my girlfriends name hence why Im leaving the comment, untrustworthy, dishonest and fake that is Si and Ecars. If everything was fine I wouldnt bother leaving a review but it wasnt, your replies show what kinda person you are, more bothered about who bought the car instead of the problem. This review could have turned from negative to positive but you have no manners and I get it you want to protect your business but youre a crook so I have to let people know its only fair. Lots of other car places to go who do a better job and have a lot more manners than this guy, avoid this one. When you buy a car, go over it with a fine tooth comb. All E cars are for sale at a good price I wonder why
