    I bought a car in September 2022 I also purchased 3 months extra warranty, immediately I found the windscreen wipers did not work so I phoned the warranty people only to find that no warranty had been added, Adam who took the payment had pocketed the money, since then everything that can go wrong with a car has gone wrong & it is now parked up away from my address as it seized up; Adam has admitted in text messages that he did not pay for extra warranty on my vehicle; Apparently when anyone takes out extra warranty your invoice comes from Supreme Cars, a company that does not exist so that in the event that you take advantage of the warranty youre told there is no live warranty on your car; when you question this Carpoint Motor Company Ltd (Bolton) tell you that you didnt buy the car from them as there is no one called Adam works there, suggesting you check your invoice when its actually Adam who your talking to on the phone or by text, I know this because it was his Dad who gave me Adams phone number; Had the car looked at & its a death trap as are all their cars (theyre known for it) I have every call recorded & every text message saved so Watch this space.

    Wouldn't touch with a barge pole. I bought a car from here in September 2017. I noticed there was a big chip in the windscreen which was covered my view with the sign stating the price of the car. When I went back to the dealer with this issue he said if I had it fixed and brought him the invoice he would pay me the money for the repair. I am still waiting for this. Within two weeks the gearbox went on the car and when I called the AA out they gave me a report which said the gear cables had been fixed as a patch up job. I took the car back and he sent it to his garage for repair. Two days later I had the exact same problem so I took the car back to him and asked for a refund which was refused. He said he would send the car for repair again. I told him I wanted my money back as I did not trust him or his repair garage and he told me that I was not going to get my money back. In the end I part exchanged the car and lost over 1000. Not only were the gear cables patched up but the clutch was gone! STAY WELL CLEAR! Dodgy

    Excellent dealership, just purchased a Audi A7 2016 from Adam and his team, they did there best to get me the lowest rate possible for the finance at 6.2 % APR which was AMAZING, they delivered the car to me within 48 hours on a transporter, Adam was amazing to deal with, feel like a valued customer, I will be back for my next car, I will 100% recommended to friends and family, thanks again for your excellent customer service, Adam you were amazing all the way threw the process

    I recently purchased a Audi A7 2015 by CARPOINT MOTOR COMPANY LTD based in bolton, excellent service, ticks all the boxes cars highly prepped, full service history, VAT QUALIFYING which meant a lot to me due to the vehicle was for business use, I dealt with ADAM who was great throughout the process along with a very professional team. they even delivered the vehicle to me within 48 hours, top service, highly recommended, i will 100% purchase my next vehicle from ADAM and his TEAM!!!, many thanks MR Lee
