Went to look at a BMW x6 which looked too good to be true so went down unaware and was the cleanest vehicle I've ever seen for it's age, went back 2 days later and drove away in the car which is amazing. The lads there go above and beyond to help you with anything you need and are very knowledgeable about what they do, would 100% do business here again, will be the first place I look when wanting a change if vehicle 10/10

Purchased a Golf GTI from Vogue and the transaction was as smooth as it goes. Jay and Hussein were brilliant in their customer service, transparent and reliable throughout. The car was exactly as advertised and Hussein delivered it swiftly to me; he even spent some time going through the car with me to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Whilst initially the service from Vogue was good, a fault developed with my car within weeks and how Jay and his brother dealt with it was appalling. The fault meant that I couldnt drive the car without causing further damage. Garages were telling me it must be an existing fault but Vogue denied this and told me not to tell the warranty company because then it wouldnt be covered, which I wasnt comfortable doing. When it became clear that the cost of repair was going to exceed the warranty limit (nearing 25% of the purchase price), Vogue wouldnt pay the difference. I ended up getting my finance company involved who paid for an independent engineer to inspect the vehicle. His report said that the fault must have been present at the time of sale, but Vogue denied this and refused to pay for repairs. After having no car for 4 months while this was going on, I ended up rejecting the car. 6 weeks after the car went back I had a message from the warranty company that a new claim had been made in my name for repairs to the car! Ive since found out that the car was a registered taxi before I bought it, it had had 9 MOTs in 5 years, and hadnt been used at all for the 9 months before I bought it. I was completely unaware of this when I bought the car, and taking him at face value, Jay didnt seem to know either, meaning that he bought the car and sold it on to me with the minimum amount of effort. The front tyres were barely legal, and they obviously didnt find the fault that I had! If he wants to take that risk then he should accept that occasionally, cars will have faults he may not know about and that they may cost him to repair. I wouldnt even consider ever buying a car from Vogue again. In response to Jay's comments below: Unfortunately, you have got several things wrong in your reply above and I 100% stand by my comments as true, justified, accurate, and evidenced. There is nothing misleading or slanderous stated here. I covered 4,108 miles in the car, but over 3 months, not 30 days. The car was a family vehicle not a taxi as your claim. Even if I did do that mileage in 30 days, that is not a precursor to a head gasket failure. Ultimately, an independent, professional engineer inspected the vehicle on behalf of Zuto, and concluded that the fault was developing at the time of sale and therefore Vogue Motor Company was liable. Therefore, you are incorrect to state that anything other than this being a pre-existing fault is false or untrue. I had no input or influence into this report, it was carried out and written by an independent, professional expert engineer. Based on the report from the independent, professional engineer, you were given the opportunity to repair the vehicle but refused, disputing the findings of the report. Zuto the enacted a clause in the contract between Vogue and Zuto, requiring you to take back a car proven to be faulty at point of sale. This only further demonstrates that my comments are accurate and true. I first experienced an issue within 4 weeks of delivery but the car was still driveable for several weeks following, as long as the coolant was checked and topped up regularly. These faults are not always immediately obvious and can take time to develop, so it's quite possible for it to fail as it did in my case. By the time you responded to me (I made numerous phone calls that went unanswered and without response) the fault had worsened. The car was cleaned regularly, inside and out, including prior to collection, despite being parked up for 4 months. The damage to the bonnet you mentioned is as a direct result of the heat from the engine when it overheated, as stated by the engineer that inspected the vehicle, not from any malicious act by me or anyone else. In summary, the vehicle you supplied me was found to have a pre-existing fault by an independent expert. Vogue Motor Company have tried to evade their obligations, at times in a questionable manner but have ultimately been found liable.
