Have recently completed the Level 5 CMI award with Adalta, The course content was perfect and has and will 100% aid me in my day to day role. The trainer "Rob" was another level, such a clever knowledgeable guy, who delivered every topic excellently! He was such a good support and encouraged us all the whole way through. Thank you so much Rob you did an amazing job and are a credit to Adalta. Would definitely recommend the course and Adalta to others! Thank You :-)

After having been disappointed with a number of online CMI providers I can't say the same for Adalta. I have been able to complete my CMI Level 7 Diploma program successfully. From the initial stages of contacting the admissions team they have supported me where feedback was always provided in great detail by the assessment team. Time and effort was dedicated by the collective to ensure a well designed and guided self study of the units was undertaken by means of follow-up emails which served as a further encouragement and made their presence felt such that at Adalta I never felt alone or abandoned at any point during my studies. Finally I am left only to extend a big thankyou! to Karen, Ruth and Joanne who got me through my program.

I really enjoyed completing my L3 apprenticeship with Adalta. The team were really great to work with and the support from my skills coach was fantastic. I have applied for the L5 apprenticeship and am really looking forward to starting this in the new year. Would definitely recommend as a training provider. The program was much more structured than previous training I've completed.

Overall my experience was very good. The coaching and online sessions were of a really high standard, and Adalta made sure I was well, if not over-prepared for my final assessment, which led to achieving a distinction. I've taken a star off for the online platform we used to manage our portfolios, which is clunky and not very intuitive. I also think we could have benefitted from more guidance early on around good file naming practice/conventions, as this becomes important later on when finalising ones portfolio for assessment. The file naming instructions in each module is not consistant, and you end up spending a lot of time later trying to find things.
