Il a vu que j tais touriste et que j avais des difficults avec l anglais et en a profit pour m humilier ! Je vais tout de mme mettre une note de 2 sur 5 car il a tout de mme t professionnel sur le remboursement de mon billet car je souhaitais prendre un autre train qui a t supprim et a il l a tout de mme compris et fait le ncessaire mais une fois que j ai demand d autres options de trajet il m a ferm le rideau en disant qu' il a fini son service avec air de rjouissance. J ignore si c est du racisme ou si c est parce que le monsieur est aigri car je sais que travailler derrire un comptoir supporter les plaintes des clients ce n est pas toujours facile mais ce n est pas une raison pour se dfouler sur les clients qui n ont rien voir ! C est incroyable des tas de personnes de bonne volont galerent pour trouver du travail et certaines personnes ne ralisent pas la chance qu' elles ont garder un poste qui est menac par les caisses automatiques.
