We came here for the first time today. Both our children enjoyed the play area and the food that they had. Unfortunately, it was let down by being made to feel like we had to leave. Our session was from 3.30 until 5.30 however we were the only family left at 5.05pm. The member of staff then turned the music off to which I asked is it time for us to leave, I thought our session was until half past. I was told it was half past so we told the children ten more minutes. The member of staff then opened the door and propped it open with a bench which is obviously was unsafe for children exiting. Our toddler kept going to the door and going into the entrance. We decided to go as the members of staff were stood with coats and bags aon at counter, this was ten past 5. Whilst we were getting the children in the car the staff had put down the shutters and locked up, this was 5.15pm clearly needed to be somewhere else. Very disappointing as we would have returned but won't be doing now due to being made to feel uncomfortable and pressured to leave early.
