Went into the Bolton store for a new e-cig, as i was just not happy with my other one. The guy in the store was amazing. spent over 40 minutes helping me chose the correct e-cig for me and even customized it for me with pink accessories! I have since been back to purchase more liquids and the service again was amazing. I would highly recommend, the customer service is 5/5.

Went into their Manchester store to get some eliquid. After standing like a lemon in front of the counter while the young woman took a good 30 seconds to write a text message, I asked her if they had any VG liquids. "VG, what's that?", the young woman behind the counter asked. "Vegetable glycerine" I replied. She turned to the older woman (who had stared at me blankly while I was waiting) and asked her "what's vegetable glissteron?". The older woman finally deigned to speak to me, explaining that they only sell a 60/40 PG/VG mix. I said thanks, but no thanks and as I turned to leave I heard them laughing. Needless to say I will go elsewhere in future.
