Abysmal. Towels so thin you can see through them. Dirty tyre mark on unsealed pillows. Cheap polyester (not cotton or good polycotton) covers. Wrong size cushion inners sent. Returned immediately. Over two weeks waiting for refund and only received partial refund. Disputed with payment provider. Bad products, bad customer service. Then make it worse holding back refund. Youve been warned! In response to your reply, absolute rubbish. PayPal are not withholding payment at all. You didnt refund the full amount. Im still waiting for you to refund the unpaid amount.

Excellent service first time customer experience. I wanted some quality table cloths delivered within 5 days and it arrived early and packaged well. Initially I telephoned to ask for advice on the product before I decided to place my order. My order arrived early and totally impressed with the quality of material used. I recommend and trust this company go ahead and try.

Avoid! It`s a SCAM!!! You think you order new pillows and towels etc. NO!!! Everything is just lose and dirty, just disgusting , no packaging and no labels - maybe dry cleaned second hand goods!!! You think you've order bath mat - NO, you receive a poor quality, flimsy towel, you are supposed to use as a bath mat. I have two children, whose health I wouldn't risk using those suspicious household items. ABSOLUTE JOKE AND SCAM!!! I can not describe my disappointment - the seller`s policy is for buyers to pay for return postage, and to pay for the postage to them as well, maybe this is how they want to put people off from returning the faulty products. My only hope is that I have paid with PayPal and might be protected as a buyer. I have all items in the state I have received them - no packaging, pillows taped badly, no labels etc. and I feel sick just touching them -God knows what creepy crawlies were on them in the garage that they were sent from! I will NEVER use suspicious pillows and personal hygiene items like that for my family! I am very disappointed of myself, not checking the company reviews on Facebook - there are hundreds of people like me - scammed by Absolute Home Textiles!!! Only leaving 1 star, as there is no option to leave MINUS TEN I have emailed you few days ago. not replying confirms you are a scammer company. Their customer service is an absolute joke -they leave reviews and then ignore your emails, as any other SCAMMER does

"Always wonderful service and great products from Absolute. This time I ordered some cheap towels for a large family beach holiday and they were perfect. We called ourselves ""Family Green Towels"" as you could see our beach patch clearly with such a wide area of sage green towels!"

I have been looking for quality white cotton napkins to print on for my daughter's wedding. Having bought several sample napkins elsewhere - all of which were misshapen/poorly made/not as described, it was a joy to come across these brilliant satin band napkins. Very reasonably priced and excellent quality. The staff were fab and helpful and the napkins arrived the next day. highly recommend!
