21 Plus Telecom

21Plus look after my business telephone system (DTP Supplies, Heywood). Phones went down last Thursday so they could not get an engineer here until the next day. Not great but OK. Engineer came Friday and told us there was an SD card missing from the phone system. Only person who has touched the system is the same engineer who came before Christmas, so it is difficult to know who else may have removed the SD card. It is certain that we neither I or any of my staff removed it. Engineer fitted a new SD card and for a short time we had live phone lines. Later the same day the system went down again so we called and were told engineer would be back same day or the following working day (Monday). We call this morning and are now told that engineer cannot come today as they are all booked out. They deny saying that the engineer would be with us today. All in all pretty poor service for a provider which is supposed to "look after businesses. We will now look for an alternative system and support since we realise that when it comes to encountering difficulties 21 Plus are nowhere. If you own your own business I would suggest you avoid these guys like the plague. We have been with them for years, paying our annual maintenance charge with no need to call on them. When we finally come to have a problem they are hopeless. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. No doubt, we will see a trite reply from one of their Directors who will spend time replying to this review rather than actually ensuring they run their business in an appropriate manner which adequately supports their customers. When we have purchased our new phone system and arranged proper support I will post a further review so that other business owners who have the misfortune to use 21Plus will know of an alternative option.

We are in the tourism industry, had to close down and port one number to a mobile because we was not in the office, 21 Plus Telecom charged me premium rates number for each call that went through to my mobile, I was NOT told at ANY point that when some calls me I was being charged a premium rate, these cost went into hundreds of pounds which they just said that's the way we set it up, we will offer no refund because it costs us money, NOT GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICE, steer well clear.

So happy 21Plus the new installation at bevan house care home was way smoother than expected especially with the difficult circumstances having elderly staff on site The engineers were faultless, just wanted to say thanks again.

Hi Just wanted to thank everyone at 21Plus Telecom Ltd for there help last week when we moved premises. They organised everything to perfection with a minimum of disruption The new system does everything we was promised and the savings more than paid for the new system which made a lovely change. So happy we chose you guys so thanks again from everyone at Bailey Maintenance.

Lies, deception to try and further cold calling. Disgusting behavior. Having to threaten with legal action to stop them calling.
