Cold calls masquerading as BT, Lying to get through to someone, repeat calls after being asked to stop. then told us they were just going to turn up to site for a meeting we hadn't organised.

I wouldn't recommend this company unfortunately. We were unfortunately mis sold a system that proved to be unsatisfactory to our needs. I have been tirelessly requesting they address this for months on end and I have gotten nowhere. They seem to be a great team, and the engineers we have dealt with have been great. However the sales person who initially came out promised us a number of things that simply were not included in our package at all. We were never given a contract to confirm, just simply a rough quotation. Now we are being told the call reporting package wasn't included. As a small business, I just feel let down. I would strongly advise you steer clear.

Cleartech provided myself an excellent service, i spoke with a Derek ford who was very friendly , he was able to talk me clearly through the process. This company is reliable would recommend to other businesses looking to save on their phone costs and who are looking to upgrade to a faster and more reliable services.

Best telecoms company i have ever used. I have been messed about in the past so i was sceptical to going through with getting a new system from cleartech , i am so glad i did now . Matt installed my new system and it was a smooth process from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company
