Swim Smart

A fabulous place to take your children to learn water skills. Its amazing to see how my child has progressed in the short time she has attended Swim Smart,this i think is due to the amazing swim instuctor Vicky who is very focused in teaching and keeping things fun. I would recommend Swim Smart to any parent

Our daughter broke her arm 2 weeks in to a 40 block and this was shared immediately with the necessary people. We were lead to believe that this would not be an issue and we would pick up where we left off when she was well enough to do so. Returned last night to be asked for payment and received a call today from, who I assume was the boss (there was no introduction) was informed that this was not the case and my wife was told this (she wasnt as we wouldnt have been having this conversation today). This was not a case of us dipping in and out of lessons when suited, our daughter was medically unable to attend. The only response was that we had been told this (we hadnt) and that it was a business and there was a 6week waiting list, this was repeated a few times before the phone was put down on me. It is a shame as Emma is an excellent swimming teacher but we wont be returning and would only encourage you to go if you can guarantee your child will never be injured or medically unfit to swim.
