Brilliant. Great communication, fast and polite. We emailed Epc Manchester one evening, as the low price attracted us. Mahmood got in touch straight away to arrange a session the next day. He arrived on time, confirming his estimated time of arrival about half an hour before, and was very efficient and professional. He was done within 30 mins, and then sent his report the next morning. Could not ask for more - good price, great service and prompt communication. Thank you! Have left Trustpilot review, but wanted to leave a Google one too as Mahmood was really great.

Excellent service. Mahmood contacted me within a very short time of submitting the request online and we arranged an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time and carried out the checks very efficiently. Mahmood was very polite and friendly and kept me informed of what he was doing and his findings on all the areas he examined. The EPC was emailed within 24 hours of the checks taking place. I am so pleased I didn't pay the ridiculous fee charged by the estate agent and would highly recommend him to anyone.
