I wish I had read these reviews before I let them handle a case of mine from Axa - saga insurance, since the leak in December and the surveyor coming out quickly and recommending a strip out of a kitchen and back to brick and to dry out. After leaving failing cupboards on the wall and not removing plaster constantly having to chase them for the builders Permission for the go ahead to do any small amount of work. To be told by case manager I will ok the works when I want to and in the order I will do it Leaving a customer in his late 80s having to house hop until he can get back into his home ! 5 Months now and still no works started . Absolutely appalling. Totally useless ! Avoid this company at all costs. Rude unprofessional and slow !

Having a leak from the upstairs toilet that damaged the wall in the kitchen below BVS were advised and the survey was quickly and thoroughly done estimate given for repair which was carried out and payment made.
