        Absolutely outstanding from the start to finish! I approached Sophie with a planning situation that had been deemed unobtainable by 4 different local 'specialist' planning consultants. It was a subdivision of a Grade 2 property in a conservation area and in the green belt. I thought it was could be possible and Sophie took the time to dissect the situation and put forth a proposal that was passed by the planners. Sophie proved everyone wrong by putting sheer hard work in and taking the time to understand the planning concerns and local frameworks. I would use Sophie and MacMarshalls most definitely in the future. I honestly cannot praise them enough.
