As a small campsite, we were finding our booking system both expensive and overly complicated to use. Q-Book is a fraction of the cost and very easy to use. The onboarding was amazing and Sophie couldn't have been more helpful - even helping me with our website glitch. Am looking forward to a much less stressful season when it comes to bookings.

I have worked with Queensborough in connection with my Guest House for over 10 years. They have looked after both my web site and booking system and have always found the company and staff (a special mention to Sophie) friendly and highly efficient. Always a friendly voice at the end of a phone to assist with any queries and happy to help in any way they can. What a helpful, friendly, professional team who have been an absolute asset to our company! The whole team have been on-hand right from the start and able to help with every little thing I've needed to get up and running. We can now take bookings straight from our website. It looks great. It works perfectly and I couldn't ask for more. I have complete control over the booking system, I can tweak it when I need to, and clearly see any new bookings. There are a few different ways to get set up and Q Book are there to help guide you through the best way, they even modified the system to suit my website perfectly! Thanks again q Book team!
