never turn up when they say they will what an absolute joke the repairs team are then they tell me an appointment wasnt even made after waiting in all day for them again so i arranged for another morning appointment on wednesday they just sent me a text today saying it s booked in for monday afternoon , idiots thanx for leaving me with no.shower and light in my kitchen all weekend apparantly its not an.emergancy and what happened to my morning appointment which was agreed over the phone ? very poor customer serivce and comuniction looks like another day wasted plans ruined for monday no doubt the issure wont be resolved untill the middle of next week now about time they bucked their ideas up
