Excellent service. Took my Toyota sewing machine into Gary, thinking it was unrepairable and may need a new machine. Gary was great, he sorted out the problem in no time at little charge. I would recommend G&G, Gary is genuine which is a rarity in business these day. Many thanks Eileen O'Rourke

I went to visit Gary's shop on the back of a recommendation of a very experienced machinist and I was not disappointed! I myself have absolutely no experience with sewing machines at all but was extremely eager to purchase one. I explained this to Gary who spent quite some time talking me through the different machines and advised me on the various options. Although Gary could see I was eager to buy the same day, he recommended I should go away with all the information and decide but advised me he was only a phonecall away should I need to contact him. I visited the shop a couple of days later to purchase one of his machines and Gary went out of his way to show me all the functions of the machine and how to use it properly. Gary had so much time and patience, the level of customer service was fantastic, sending me away with extra bits and bobs and so much useful information. I can't thank him enough, lovely man. I highly recommend.Thankyou!
