Firstly they sent refurbished and out dated tech to complete the mesh system, Then the engineer failed to turn up and gave a completely made up number as an excuse. I then asked for a refund due to now a complete lack of trust with the company, I was told this would be ok but 5 weeks later with numerous excuses and no answer to calls, voicemails and emails. Do NOT trust.

They fell on the 1st hurdle!! They had my mobile number to arrange the installation visit time and as I was going to be out I emailed them with an alternative number to call. Which the engineer called to say that he would phone later to get directions! But then called my number instead and left a message. Ergo no visit. When I called their office to check when, I was told precisely "as soon as possible"!!! Customer Service 'nil points' I am not filled with confidence.

Very highly recommended. A straightforward, efficient and trouble-free service to get our Starlink dish mounted on the roof in rural mid Wales. Thank you very much guys! :D

5 out of 5 for Shayne, who installed the Konnect satellite dish. He called us first thing to let us know he was coming and so we didnt need to hang around. Did a very tidy job of installing the equipment and was a very pleasant chap. Jury is out for the broadband as weve only just got it, but fingers crossed.

Just had a 4G high gain arial fitted with great success. Our installer was very careful to find and set up the arial in the correct locations. The install itself was done with care for our 200 year old farm house. we got a significant boost to our signal so very happy with the set up. Much appreciate. Thanks.
