The staff at meadow bank cared for my grandmother for over 5 years. I cant praise them enough. She was treated by the carers as if she were family. There care in the last days of her life was second to none. Thank you to all the carers on the nursing floor your kindness and love made all the difference.

The staff are friendly and helpful with all of the resident's in lovely surroundings and the countryside. Vary difficult times for everyone at the moment during covid.

My mum has been in Meadowbank House Care-home for a few years now,so far the care she has received has been unbeatable,I could not wish for her to be in a better place,in fact I would be devastated if she ever had to move somewhere else. I live quite a distance away and the staff always keep me completely up to date between visits. Thank you for everything. Iain.

Absolutely awful place with unhelpful and awful staff who are only there for a job title. My grandad went into this home for 6 day's, he wasn't too bad before he went in and then 6 day's later he had declined and sadly died. Things like this happen but due to the staffs incompetence I believe they should have a part to blame. My grandad died of septicemia and the night of his death the nurse called my mum and believed he had a water infection as he had all the symptoms so said she would get a doctor to see him, so as you would think a vulnerable person should be seen immediately but no she said she wouldn't contact the doctor until the morning. Later that night my grandad passed away in my eyes this is negligence and complete laziness. Throughout his stay he didn't receive any care he needed, he was found numerous times drenched, confused and shivering due to them not changing him or cleaning him after he had an unfortunate accident. Do not send your older relatives to this place. I cannot blame all staff but from what I seen quite a few of them were like this
