Four Seasons Care Home - HC-One

I have visited Bright Meadows on a few occasions. The manager and the staff very welcoming. The residents are all happy and well cared for. The home has a great atmosphere and lovely and clean the gardens look amazing.

Absolutely disgraceful they have no duty of care ignore signs of problems things go missing management ignorant and shouldn't be in care they should be shut down my partner ended up in hospital and passing through neglecte.

i am the manager at bright meadows and can honestly say this home is very caring and the staff are amazing. Harbour Healthcare has been such a positive addition to the home.

Wonderful home with delightful staff and manager whom care very deeply for their residents and the desire to make the home the best it can possibly be!
