Ordered 2 cookie dough and 2 milkshakes They Accepted order straight away Took them 45 mins to ring and ask if could send 2 ice blasts instead because they turned the ice cream machine off ABIT AGO.. didnt really have a choice. Maybe take them off the menu Pisstake second time aswell When txd the number to see where my order is got a reply with a different number to ring to chase my own order as they were now closed Wont be ordering again order was also 30 mins longer as said.. wish id read the reviews first AWFUL Portion was TINY aswell DONT ACCEPT ORDERS IF YOU DONT HAVE IT IN SIMPLE

Ignorant and rude customer service! Ordered snickers milkshake and got peanut butter milkshake! I rang to confirm what i had received as it didnt taste right and the staff was very rude asking 'what do you want me to do about it' . I went back to the shop to complain and again she was very rude and said 'can you not see the packet says snicker', I tried responding but she ignored me and went on to speaking to other customers and didn't bother acknowledging I was there. I even asked to see the manager and she ignored me. I eventually just left the milkshake there and walked out. Won't be returning back there ever again!
