Steaks n Shakes

Terrible customer service. I ordered a delivery and got told 35-55 minutes. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I received my foot squashed and freezing cold. An hour after I ordered I was told 10 more minutes and waited over an hour again. I tried to call and cancel as I no longer wanted the food after such a wait and they had turned their phone off for 30 minutes. When I did finally get in contact, I was screamed at down the phone by a man and was unable to receive my money. Customer service was terrible and the food was not worth the wait.

Cannot follow simple instructions. Asked for plain, didn't get plain. Delivery driver was actually a nice guy but the staff on the phone were rude, not willing to fix their mistake and wouldn't even admit to doing it wrong. Lesson learned. Will be avoiding. Hopefully you do to

Thought we would try this out for the first time tonight! was lovely kids really enjoyed it too. Prices are Good would pay a little more as they are not shy on the amount given in the meal deals. Definitely recommend the philly cheese and steak wrap :)

The burger I got, was over cooked meat in a uncooked soft bun, like some soft squishy semi hard mess of disappointment in my hand, reimagining lonely nights, plus my drink was wrong ! Nice milkshakes

Ive been waiting my order for 2+ hours and then it got cancelled. Even after I rang up the restaurant and they said that it will be delivered in 15 minutes. So I decided to stay up, to wait my order another 25 in the end was cancelled. That is ridiculous!!!!
