The Curry House Bolton

Used this place for years - and always been very happy with the standards of the curries - I live in Markland Hill hence its a bit of treck - however its worth it

I recently ordered a take away for my family from the Curry House in Bolton and the food on a whole was absolutely terrible. The food tasted and smelled like rotten flesh, and it made my whole family ill. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I especially do not recommend ordering the yogurt sauce. Not only was it highly unpleasant, but it could possibly put your life in danger. Do not take a chance and stay away from the Curry House in Bolton.

Son ordered for the whole family as a treat instead of cooking Christmas dinner.... Curries went down well and nobody complained BUT the Special Kebab that I ordered was utterly VILE.... Everything was literally bright red with colouring and it tasted so sweet it was inedible.... If you decide to call something special then make it so....why take a standard mixed kebab lace it with sugar and dye it all red and make out that it's special. The only impression that this left on me was that they were trying to disguise something but I do hope I'm wrong. The rest of my family can please themselves but I will definitely never order from here in the future. My rating of three stars is based on the whole order...if I was scoring it on my meal the rating wouldn't be worthy of one star.
