I had a counsellor Angela Stephens and I can't thank her enough for how much she helped me. I was in an awful situation before my sessions have started, and i have come a long way since, and improved so much! I would definitely recommend Angela to anyone who's going through a difficult time as she works so hard to help you recover. My sessions were great and learned new things in every new session we did. More than happy to recommend Angela, she's very patient and very positive. Helped me to uncover some fundamental reasons for the way I was feeling, and gave me great strategies to help address them and start being happier and more settled in myself.

I cant thank Angela enough for everything she has done! I have just signed off after a few months with Angela. I was desperate to change my negative behaviour but wasnt convinced it would be possible after so many years. Angela has given me the strength and techniques to do this. I was a little nervous about attending and didnt know what to expect, I was straight away put at ease by Angela, I never felt judged or what I was saying was wrong and even had times of laughter in my sessions. During this extremely challenging time Angela has been fantastic staying in touch, from the bottom of my heart thank you. I would highly recommend Angela and Horwich CBT!
