        Literally the worst experience I ever had, no help at all, when I tried to seek help I was directed from one branch to another or no calls answered. I would never recommend it to anybody.

        Steer clear of ANYTHING to do with this lot. ROBBERS! I'd ignore the positive reviews, probably fake, especially where they all put certain individuals names ha ha. We're in the process of trying to sell a property which they supposedly manage, thats a complete joke as well!! Now the latest is they want 100s just to pass on their "fleecing process pack" to the new buyers WOW!!!

        Worst management company I have ever had the extreme displeasure of dealing with. Arrogant, rude, stubborn, uncommunicative and with each employee passing the buck and delegating to another with the issue almost never actually addressed or resolved. The only one who is exempt from this is Amy in the Croydon office who was uderstanding and polite. Landlords and investors stay clear of any properties managed by HML at all costs! If I could give a minus one star, nevermind zero stars, I would. How they have amassed a rating over 4.0 is absolute sorcery!
