Having originally contacted Terry 18 months ago I couldn't use his services at the time due to personal circumstances. I contacted him recently to say that my property was ready to go on the market and he remembered me immediately; testament to his true professionalism. Once I had contacted him and we arranged to me to put the property on the market everything has been seamless, including a few things that were thrown up, not helped due to me being located so far away. Terry has been wonderful throughout and as a first time landlord, he has helped me with numerous things. Everything has been absolutely seamless, I have been well informed and updated and I cannot recommend his services more!

As a tenant I find Terry Walker fair. He is outstanding when it comes to property maintenance. He is clearly experienced in managing rental property so I always find dealing with things through Terry, fairly straightforward as he ensures both the landlord and tenant adhere to any applicable protocol.

I have been a tenant of Brooks & Green for 6 months now and I honestly cannot fault them at all. I havent had to deal with them much but each interaction has been met with a timely response, and everyone is professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for Terry, he replies to emails promptly and is always on the ball. I would highly recommend Terry and Brooks & Green, they have been fantastic to deal with in the last 6 months.
