Top O'th Brow Post Office

The post office is never open. You have to use the small side counter next to the newsagents till. I guess it's a staffing problem but it's every time I visit and very annoying, forget about attempting to socially distance from the locals, you are squashed up in the queue

Fantastic shop, kind and down to earth owners, always well stocked and if you are a regular and they don't stock something, they will order it in, for just incases.

Worst service I have ever encountered in a Post-Office. Poor organisation and attitude towards customers. Segregational attitude towards customers. Not fit for purpose.

I use this post office quite a lot and have never had a bad experience. All of the staff are polite and helpful. If the regular PO counter is closed they still offer the service at the shop till. Very handy if you need to go out of normal hours.

Don't use this post office if you want bad attitude from the person behind the counter I've used this post office a few times and every time i get serious bad attitude from the people who sit behind the counter and the shop counter is the same and be careful what you buy the owner of this shop/post office buys most of his stock cheap from local supermarkets then sells it on at higher prices and they also buy dodgy stock from car boots and back of vans so be very careful avoid if possible there's more honest run shops in the breightmet area.
