This is my regular post office. The guy there always sorts out my parcels even when Im clueless about what Im doing. Reading some of the reviews confuses me because surely we are all allowed to have a bad day. Recently striked up a conversation with him and found out the reason for shutters down is because he lost someone close to him or when he goes to the toilet lol. I think we can let him have a toilet break surely Theres been times Ive gone there and hes having his lunch whilst working. Dont think Id fancy a working lunch all the time. Hats off to the guy juggling all that. Thank you for the top customer service I get.

It isn't the first time they have been closed outside of the advertised lunchtime 1 hour period. I had arranged through Royal Mail to have my parcel delivered here. When I went to collect, I was told it wasn't here with no helpful suggestions where it might be. It turned out the Royal mail had been unable to deliver my parcel to the Post Office at 12.30 because it was shut. My parcel was taken to the North distribution centre where I eventually tracked it down. I found the post master to be abrupt and totally disinterested. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again!

I went in to renew my passport using the Digital Check and Send service (as advertised as being offered at this branch). I was told that they could it BUT I'd have to supply my own photos. A big part of choosing this service is that the post office takes a passport-standard photo. The reason I was given is that the passport office doesn't accept post office photos. This is a blatant lie. I wonder if they would have charged the full amount if I'd gone back with my own photos? I have used this branch for years, but will be going to the Bromley Cross branch from now on. They completed the renewal application (Inc. photo) within 15 mins. If I could have left a zero star review, I would have. Don't lie to your customers and expect them to continue giving you their business.
