        Awful! Disgusting and rude staff. This post office must be rated as worst in the UK. Staff has no knowledge what they are doing.

        staff seem miserable and ive never seen more than 2 staff working. when i went on the 18th march 2023 a male worker was laughing and making jokes at an elderly man who was struggling to use the card machine. id get a disciplinary if i did that.

        There is no experience. I've walked past this particular post office (I believe that it's currently Bolton's GPO) but I've never been in it nor have I used it.

        Absolutely shocking layout, system and customer service! All stood about taking while a que builds up and then are extremely rude to customers! People jumping the que because the layout it so bad. Terrible post office! Dont use go to one on castle street much better!
