Rang to arranage for him to attend agreed date and time, he rang to rearrange which was agreed, yet he didnt attend nor made contact or respond to my messages. I took day off from work too. The thing companies fail to realise is that there are review sites online, which people complete regularly, which can impact businesses. And there are so many other companies we can use. You have more to lose than the customer. If you want an unreliable and unresponsive company.... id recommend this one.

Brilliant service from Dan installing a new boiler and dishwasher. Really approachable and no ask was too great. Will certainly be using him in future for any plumbing or heating services

My husband and I contacted the company as we needed a new bathroom installing quite quickly. Danny came to assess the work which needed to be done and started within a few weeks. His service was quick, and professional yet extremely friendly. I am 7 and a half months pregnant and Danny went above and beyond to make sure I was OK throughout the building work and even helped me with a couple of things which were not expected from him. Literally no job was too much trouble! I have never met a tidier builder; he hoovered and wiped things down after every day and his partner even came to clean the bathroom of dust etc, when the bathroom had been installed! We will 100% recommend this service to anyone who asks, and we will definitely be using Danny/Bolton Plumbing & Heating for any work that needs completing in the future! Thank you so much :)
