I made an order on just eat and the restaurant cancelled the order. I called up and asked why, and he said because I left them 2 bad reviews I was really confused when he told me that and I said "l'm a paying customer your getting money so it doesn't make sense to cancel my order because of 2 bad reviews" but he kept declining and saying "it leaves a bad impression on my business." Then what's the point of review and if you don't like getting bad reviews sort out the issues customer's face and don't partner with just eat for the same reason.
