        I have been practicing yoga with Sue for a number of years and it has been transformative. Currently she is offering zoom sessions which you can enjoy in the comfort of your own bedroom.

        Ive been coming to Sues dragon flow yoga class for years and its become an absolute must in my life. She looks after everyone with such care and puts so much thought into every single class. By far the best yoga and Pilates studio in Bolton!

        I started attending the beginners group reformer pilates class about 6 months ago, after being recommended by my phyiso to try either pilates or yoga. I didn't even know what a reformer was! Sue is so welcoming and patient! She is extremely knowledge and passionate about her subject. There are 4 of us in the reformer class, which involves doing pilates on a machine (a reformer). Even though it is a beginners class we all have different needs and Sue adapts to everyone's individual needs. I feel so stretched and relaxed after a class. I would highly recommend giving it a try!

        I have just been to a body toning class with Sue at Body Nurture - FANTASTIC! Educational session with body toning exercises. Sue is really helping me tone my body and keeping flexible. She has provided me with some easy quick daily exercises even some I can do at my desk :-). Body Nurture a great place to go to both relax and keep fit, Sue is an amazing coach and always willing to share her relaxing oils and balms. Such a treat the best Yoga place I have been to in Bolton.
