As I request prescription my GP 29nov & today 06 Dec I go for collect they said this medicine already issued, this is not first time before happened same problem with my son .I can't understand how they can issued our medicine to someone else.

Cohens Watersmeeting is not fit for purpose! Basically lied to my face & blamed the doctors for not processing my prescription when all along they hadnt even put my request in after 7days..absolutely disgraceful service!!
