        Ordered script for delivery.. Sat in all day waiting.. Did not arrive. Useless.phoned to ask why and was told the girl had not put it on the delivery list.. I waited all day for nothing because some daft kid didn't do her job properly.. Not the first time I've had problems with this lot.. Think I'm going to change to another pharmacy... Waste of space

        I've always found this chemist knowledgeable and helpful when seeking advice, and efficient in looking after my prescriptions. My only negative is they are closed on Saturdays but it's a small place not Boots on the High Street.

        I am immunocompromised so still vulnerable to Covid. I spoke to Karen who arranged to take me into the private room away from other customers to have my flu jab. The whole procedure was quick and she took the time to care for me and my husband and get us out of the pharmacy and away from other customers as quickly as possible. So grateful to her for making a worrying experience as pleasant and care free as possible. Thank you.
