If could give more stars then I would. Yesterday we sad goodbye to our little girl and Tony you have been amazing. It's something you never want to consider having to do, but when put in the situation I would recommend Serenity to anyone. The care and respect you have shown me, my family and of course Rolo. You made the hardest day feel so peaceful. The vet that you work with Shareen, is lovely and so informative. Nothing was left unanswered and we knew exactly what was going to happen and how. Truly lovely lady You came to pick her up and spent some time with us and Ro. You asked questions about her and how she used to behave. You can tell how much you care. When she was returned to us today, everything was perfect. Being a Shar Pei they don't have the happiest of faces but the prints you have done have captured her perfectly I cannot thank you enough, and will hold the kindness you have given me forever. I just wanted to thank you so much Tony, I am heartbroken after loosing Jack after 14 years, and the thought of leaving him at a vets is just somthing I couldn't do, when I found your site online and read your reviews I knew it was the best thing for Jack. You have done a wonderful job of looking after him and you are such a caring person, and having felt the same loss loosing your own pet family you go the extra mile to be gentle. I cannot rate higher you are a wonderful person, keep doing what your doing to help families through this difficult time. 5 star from me and Jack xxx

I feel I could give Tony million stars, this man is a angel in disguise, he treated our jet a black Labrador aged 12 with so much respect, care & love, when I rang Tony he organised euthanasia for our beautiful boy who was suffering & was scarred of vets so we knew euthanasia wasnt an option at the vets, Tony put us in touch with a lovely lady called Shareen who is a private vet, she come to our home she spoke to us rubbed jets belly gave him treats there was no rush whats so ever, then when we were ready we said goodbye to our beautiful boy, he died in our arms so peacefully in his own home, Shareen left us & when we were ready Tony come & collected our boy he was so professional with him he bought a beautiful wicker casket with a silk cushion to lay him on he even had jets name on the casket, once he carefully put Jet in the casket we spent more time with him, Tony was in no rush what so ever we asked if Jet could have his favorite monkey called Charlie with him & his blanket nothing was a problem, he took Jet from our house with dignified respect in a lovely serenity funeral car, we visited jet in the beautiful chapel of rest & again we could spend as much time with jet as we wanted, Tony hugged us he was there grieving with us, next day he bought jet back to us in a beautiful memory box with a candle, some of jets hair even his grey ones, 2 key rings & under jets ashes he had a little bit of jets favorite blanket everything was personalised & then Tony gave us a framed print of jets nose & paw print it was the most precious thing I could have of my boy, Tony spent time talking about jet getting to no us, if anything we have found a friend in Tony he is such a loving caring man, Please if your fur baby is end of life please dont hesitate to use serenity pet funerals, Tony goes that extra mile with your fur babys you wont regret it, Saying thank you dont seem enough

I took my hamster here to be cremated the day she died. Tony was very loving and caring with her and even made us a memory box with a beautiful urn with her paw prints. He also took some photos of her in his chapel It was really special and we really appreciated the fact that Tony puts so much love and care into every animal. Thank you so much Tony, Boba is resting in peace now
