Called Liam in June 2020 to do my back garden (Indian Stone) as i had my front Garden done by him which he did a good job with. He said he will get one of his teams out to do the job which i wasnt keen on as i wanted the work to be good as the job he did in front. but he assured me that his worker is very good. Started on 22nd July was meant to be finished within a week but finished 11th August as workers wouldnt turn up etc then Liam was doing parts of the Job whilst his worker would come in other days, left his tools barrel etc in my garden till 20th August, Told Liam from day1 of asking for a quote i will be parking my car there overnight, he reassured me its fine to do so and that he will bed on thick layer of concrete & heavy duty Jointer so its solid, anyway few months in and tiles were coming loose he came and sorted it and said any issues to call him back, again month or so and the tiles are loose again and resin Jointer was falling out ive been waiting since then till now June 2022 for him to come out, message after message with replies saying tomorrow / next week or hes on holiday etc etc and then eventually he ignored me, I got fed up and ended up calling someone else out to sort it all out. I txt Liam to tell him its cosr me 350 to sort and that i would appreciate he covered the cost. His reply shocked me, he said it was my fault that i drove my car over it and that im to blame, showed him txt evidence of him saying its fine, he still insists its my fault and hes not going to pay saying I should have thought about it before choosing indian stone even though he re assured me its fine, I waited till now to leave a review as I trusted him and thought he would eventually turn up, but hes a huge let down, i used him for my front garden, recommended him to others and then called him back for my back garden and this is how he treats loyal customers. Absolute waste. Now he says he has a big contract and does not have the time or resources to come and sort his mess nor will he pay for someone else to sort. Absolute waste. Avoid.
